Chef Shelton to present at the American Chemical Society annual meeting-Princeton

The American Chemical Society has asked me to do a 45-minute “Wine & Food Pairing” lecture at Princeton University on December 13th before keynote speaker, Nobel laureate Richard Roberts presents at 6:30 PM.
